Our Services
- We provide digital top-up and delivery services for in-game currency and items, along with social media growth services, for the games and platforms listed on our site.
- Delivery is digital — there is no physical shipment involved.
- Product availability, pricing, and discounts may change at any time without prior notice.

Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential.
- One account per person. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Placing an Order
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for entering the correct Player ID / UID and Zone / Server ID before confirming payment — this is how we know exactly where to deliver your top-up.
- We may use the Verify Player step to confirm your in-game username before you buy, to reduce the risk of typos, but the final responsibility for entering correct details lies with you.
- Payment can be made from your wallet balance or via UPI/other supported methods at checkout.

Delivery
- Most orders are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment.
- Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to maintenance, high demand, or issues on the game publisher's or our supplier's side — we'll always try to keep you updated via Order History.
- If a payment succeeds but delivery genuinely fails due to an error on our end, our system automatically refunds the amount to your wallet — see our Refund Policy for details.

Prohibited Use
- You agree not to use our platform for any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: using stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, or attempting to exploit bugs for unauthorized credit.
- Reselling our services without our written permission is not allowed.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems will result in an immediate account ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Wallet Balance
- Wallet balance can be used to pay for any order on our platform.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where a refund is issued back to your original payment method per our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for actions taken by the game publisher against your in-game account, including suspensions or bans that result from that game's own Terms of Service.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party systems outside our control, such as the game's own servers or our supplier's API being temporarily down.
- Our liability for any issue is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific order in question.
